While we aren’t building ships for space travel, we are up for a challenge.  We frequently take on projects where others may shy away.

We have the knowledge and experience necessary to build high quality stainless steel tanks and equipment.  Our quality program is based on the ASME Section VIII, Division 1 Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code and our welders are ASME certified.  Because we offer a wide variety of options (materials, finishes, fittings, components, etc.), we are able to work with customers in most industries.

In addition to building cylindrical tanks ranging in size from a few gallons up to 750,000 gallons, SFI also fabricates non-typical vessels such as the unit shown in the photo.  Once complete, this stainless steel vessel will be roughly 17 feet high, 44 feet long, 22 feet at the widest point and designed for 500°F temperatures.
