NO LEAKS… NO PROBLEMS!

Before they are finished, these dimple jacketed tanks will be wrapped with insulation and an outer sheathing so the time to check for leaks is before that occurs! 

Spraying developer on the jacket for pre-hydro inspection will make visual confirmation of leak-free heat transfer surface quick and easy.  

The developer goes on damp and dries to a powder that can simply be blown off after testing.  This is one of many steps SFI takes to ensure that our customers receive high quality vessels.
